Customer Support Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Analyst to join our multicultural team at IQVIA.
Job Summary:This role is responsible for providing technical support to Virtual Trials Study participants and working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams to resolve access-related issues and other technical concerns.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in helpdesk/technical support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to Virtual Trials Study participants via phone, email, or chat
- Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Document and track customer interactions using CRM software
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical trends
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Fluency in English and one of the following languages: French, Portuguese, or Italian
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range of $55,000-$70,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
