We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Analyst to join our multicultural team at IQVIA.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing technical support to Virtual Trials Study participants and working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams to resolve access-related issues and other technical concerns.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in helpdesk/technical support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to Virtual Trials Study participants via phone, email, or chat
  • Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track customer interactions using CRM software
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical trends
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Fluency in English and one of the following languages: French, Portuguese, or Italian
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
