Senior Knowledge Analyst

As a Senior Knowledge Analyst on our AI-Driven Customer Management team, you will partner with business leaders and client consulting teams to support the sales and delivery of AI-driven Customer Management programs. You will play a key role in the evolution of our AI products and Customer Management use cases, conducting research on the latest trends and innovations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales and client consulting teams to support go-to-market and target customer experience analysis.
- Support client engagements to co-create AI-driven strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value optimization.
- Conduct analyses to deliver insights on competitors, best practices, and emerging AI trends.
- Codify client playbooks, best practices, and case studies to enable sales and client consulting teams.
- Deliver client-specific reports with expertise across various sectors.
- Create thought leadership perspectives on customer experience technology, generative AI, personalization, and dynamic pricing.
