As a Senior Knowledge Analyst at Boston Consulting Group, you will play a key role in providing functional expertise and insights to our case teams and clients. You will work closely with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain knowledge assets and tools to support case teams and clients.
  • Provide expert advisory and analysis on cost optimization, cost analytics, and organizational design.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Work effectively in a global collaborative team environment.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of consulting experience with relevance to corporate functions.
  • Alternatively, 3+ years of industry experience with a strong background in cost optimization and analytics.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Fluency in English; German language preferred.
