Role Summary
Ambitious and innovative professional sought to drive growth and success within our AWS Partner Network. This exciting role will focus on developing and executing strategies to nurture and develop a large number of partners across multiple technology stacks.
Main Responsibilities
Optimize and innovate ways of onboarding and managing Consulting Partners, including Systems Integrators, Business Consulting, and Managed Services Providers, as they transition to the cloud.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to further develop partner strategies and processes, ensuring seamless integration and alignment.
Utilize CRM systems and other analytics tools to establish detailed metrics, driving data-informed decision-making and process improvements.
Coordinate strategic, cross-functional deep dives and impact assessments against selected business-critical issues, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Requirements
Proven ability to think strategically and communicate effectively, with a demonstrated capacity for influencing and leading across various stakeholders and verticals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in developing and executing scalable processes to manage large volumes of partners.
Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
