Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Data Center Solutions team in Spain. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and market share in the Data Center segment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Hunter Profile Identification

Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the Data Center Market, leveraging your commercial acumen and industry knowledge.

Mid-Level Sales Position

Generate new sales and grow the company's share in the UPS and Data Centers segment, utilizing your sales expertise and strategic thought leadership.

Drive and Develop Sales

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Data Center Solutions segment, focusing on key decision makers and stakeholders.

Build Long-Term Relationships

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, leveraging your interpersonal communication skills and team-oriented approach.

Strong Entrepreneurship

Take ownership of business development and sales initiatives, driving growth and innovation in the Data Center Solutions segment.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management
  • Profound knowledge of the local Market in Data Centers or other Critical Environments
  • Strong contact network with Hyperscalers, colocation, engineering companies, and integrators
  • English and Spanish language speaking is required
  • Technical degrees (industrial engineering, electronic engineering, material engineering, etc.)
  • Knowledge of cooling technologies for Data Centers is a plus
  • Proven sales ability in complex solutions, with end-to-end knowledge of the solution selling process
  • Proven record of accomplishment in growing Key account businesses or dealing with key accounts stakeholders in complex technical sales projects
  • Strong experience in building relationships with big accounts
  • Strong interpersonal communication with a team-oriented approach
