HR Rewards Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Rewards Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing total rewards strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement total rewards strategies that are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals.
- Participate in the preparation of quarterly and annual company and departmental salary budgets.
- Analyze and develop comprehensive total reward programs, including base pay, incentives, benefits, and recognition programs.
- Run the merit increase process and non-fixed salary calculation.
- Develop guidelines and tools for managers to effectively conduct performance reviews and merit assessments.
- Communicate total rewards programs to employees.
- Stay updated on compensation and benefits trends, laws, and best practices.
- Coordinate executive compensation plans.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Collaborate with external service providers to oversee payroll and benefits administration.
- HRIS/HRM Management: Maintain the company's HRIS/HRM system.
- HR Data and Analytics: Monitor, consolidate, and report on key HR metrics.
- Labor Law: Manage and coordinate labor relations across Iberia.
- Expatriate and International Assignments: Manage the process of expatriate assignments and international transfers.
- Organizational Efficiency: Identify and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's operations.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and practices.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the field of rewards and financial controlling, P&L analysis, and personnel administration.
- Thorough understanding of Spanish labor legislation and its application to payroll.
- Full proficiency in using MS-Excel.
- Ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Proactive and service-oriented.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and have excellent attention to detail.
- University degree and Human Resources postgraduate qualification is an asset.
- Fluency in English.
