Job Title: HR Rewards Manager

British American Tobacco is seeking a highly skilled HR Rewards Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing total rewards strategies that drive business results and enhance employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Manage the payroll and benefits administration process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that support a positive work culture.
  • Collaborate with external service providers to ensure seamless payroll and benefits administration.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR rewards, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Thorough understanding of Spanish labor legislation and its application to payroll.
  • Full proficiency in using MS-Excel.
  • Ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive and service-oriented.
