Administrative Billing Coordinator

About this role:
This position oversees the administrative and technical aspects of the invoicing process to ensure timely management of invoicing processes in accordance with internal financial procedures and coordinated with Cash Collection actions and customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for manual invoicing of equipment maintenance and leasing contracts, as well as hemodialysis sessions. Additionally, they will be in charge of mailing/electronic invoicing from NephroCare E-Services, controlling and following up on Return Material Reports of clients, making credits and debits in the event of returns and incidents in invoices, and filing and registering documentation corresponding to debits and credits. Furthermore, this role involves interlocution with clients about claims and requisitions, coordinating actions with the billing team to achieve invoicing objectives, requesting changes to master data in customer accounts, and tracking blocked orders and unblocking management in SAP in coordination with the Cash Collection Manager. The ideal candidate will be proactive and able to maintain fluid communication with the commercial team regarding information related to invoices.
Key responsibilities:
- Manual invoicing of equipment maintenance and leasing contracts, as well as hemodialysis sessions

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in similar positions
- Previous experience in healthcare companies is a plus
- Excel skills at a high level
- Degree in Business or Economics is a plus
