Accounting and Administrative Coordinator

Job Overview
Inbonis, a leading European financial and non-financial rating agency, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting and Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our office facilities, managing office providers and third-party vendors, and providing administrative support to our Finance Team.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage office operations and ensure a smooth day-to-day functioning of our facilities.
• Coordinate with office providers and vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
• Maintain accurate records of expenses, invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance Team and other executives as needed.
• Report to and assist the CEO office with various tasks and projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels of company personnel and external partners.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheets, and other technical tools.
• Fluency in Spanish and French (English is a plus).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
