Accounting and Administrative Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Accounting Administrative professional. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Manage office operations, including maintenance of office providers and third-party vendors.
- Take responsibility for accounting, expenses, invoicing, payments, and receipts.
- Support in internal and external event organization.
- Provide administrative support to other executives as needed.
- Report and assist to the CEO office.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in working with a finance team and/or office management.
- Familiarity with maintaining sensitive and confidential information.
- Technical skills to operate accounting, IT, and financial programs, spreadsheets, emails, etc.
