Job Title: Accounting and Tax Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Tax Specialist to join our team at The Nadara Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality accounting and tax services to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of reference for clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of accounting and tax services.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage bank movements, including payments, receivables, and tax liquidations.
  • Accrue project incomes and main expenses, including insurance, land lease, depreciation, and O&M.
  • Document management, including physical and digital archives.
  • Support the preparation and submission of annual accounts and official books.
  • Prepare VAT returns on a monthly and quarterly basis and assist with tax queries.
  • Support the calculation and submission of the Value of Electricity Generation Tax Return.
  • Draft mandatory communications to tax authorities and elaborate local tax documentation.
  • Manage notifications from tax authorities.
Requirements:
  • Accounting, financial, and tax knowledge of small and medium companies.
  • 2-3 years of experience.
  • Qualified with experience in accounting for renewable assets.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong aptitude for math and attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent English.
