Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Analyst to join our team at Fever España. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and cultivating deep business relationships with the biggest producers, creators, venues, and key stakeholders in the entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage contract negotiations with large partners to ensure sustainable economics and long-lasting value for both parties.
- Expertly balance and grow a large base of clients, utilizing strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple relationships.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to successfully deliver on partner growth across France and internationally.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the entertainment industry, positioning yourself as an expert in new and emerging experiences.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in client management, preferably with some sales and tech experience. You should possess strong business development and partnership management skills, as well as a self-starter mentality and ability to work in a dynamic start-up environment. Additionally, you should be fluent in French (C2/bilingual) and have a demonstrated data-driven approach to business and task prioritization.
