About the Role

Empresa Reconocida, a leading global healthcare company, is seeking an experienced Senior Cardiac Surgery Business Development Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our Cardiac Surgery business with existing and new customers in Spain.

About the Job

The successful candidate will analyze market trends in the region, develop effective sales strategies, and present them to management for approval. You will perform all activities to maximize sales from product introduction to contract negotiation, identifying and addressing key decision-makers, and building strong relationships with opinion leaders and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends in the region and develop effective sales strategies
  • Present sales strategies to management for approval
  • Perform all activities to maximize sales from product introduction to contract negotiation
  • Identify and address key decision-makers and build relationships with opinion leaders and decision-makers
  • Develop existing accounts into potential new product therapies/patient therapies
  • Prepare and execute upcoming tenders
  • Provide technical support to customers according to territory guidelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Life-science (preferable)
  • Previous experience in sales in the medical device industry will be considered
  • Healthcare-related experience will be highly valued
  • Fluency in English

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
