Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in Spain and Portugal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and qualify new customers to build a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct thorough research on potential customers and their industries to identify sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales growth
- Work closely with our Key Account Managers to prepare large accounts for meetings and digitally close smaller accounts
- Continuously improve sales scripts and performance using data-driven insights and digital tools
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Inside Sales, or in a similar role
- Success with sales prospecting techniques, including cold calling, emailing, and social outreach
- Strong understanding of sales metrics and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present on-spot
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, both written and spoken
- A dynamic and fast-growing work environment with a flat hierarchy
