Your Role at INNOCV Solutions


We seek an experienced Tech Solutions Growth Specialist who can drive the growth and positioning of our technological services in the market while balancing commercial skills with in-depth knowledge of advanced technological solutions.


The ideal candidate will be a professional with expertise in business development within technology sectors, capable of establishing and cultivating strong relationships with clients and leading value propositions from a strategic perspective.


This position requires someone experienced, bringing a relevant network of contacts and results-oriented, able to identify business opportunities in complex environments.


Key Responsibilities



  • Business Development: Identify and develop new commercial opportunities in technology consulting, collaborating with current and potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Strategic Consulting: Advise clients on digital transformation and the adoption of innovative technologies, acting as a trusted consultant.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key executives and decision-makers in various sectors.
  • Value Generation: Collaborate with internal technology teams, delivery teams, and other areas to design value propositions that align with market needs.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing, including proposal preparation, follow-up, negotiation, and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Network Development: Expand the network of contacts in the sector by participating in industry events, conferences, and technological forums.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with technology teams, engagement managers, marketing, and operations to ensure offered solutions align with the company's capabilities.

Requirements


We require:



  • At least 5 years' experience in business development or sales roles in technology consulting or IT services.
  • In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies, digital transformation, cloud solutions, artificial intelligence, mobile applications, platforms, transformation processes, etc.
  • A solid network of contacts in key industries such as banking, energy, telecommunications, retail, or healthcare.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients at the executive level.
  • Strong focus on achieving objectives and exceeding sales targets.
  • University degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
