Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Hospitality Agent. As the face of Sonder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring that every interaction is memorable and positive.

You will be working collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere and providing guidance to guests on how to make the most of their stay using the Sonder app and self-service features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure that every interaction is memorable and positive.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Guide guests through the technology-rich Sonder experience.
  • Communicate with guests in-person and through digital communication systems to anticipate and address their needs.
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest quality of service and professionalism.
  • Earnly maintain, cleanliness, and organization of both guest-facing and back-of-house working spaces.
  • Flexibly support the back-of-house team on a day-to-day basis as needs arise.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Demonstrated experience working in hotels, restaurants, or customer-facing hospitality, service, and/or customer experience roles.
  • Personable, service-minded, and positive attitude.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing guest needs.
  • Strong computer literacy and writing skills, and comfortable switching between multiple desktop and mobile applications.
  • Organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to remain standing for extended periods of time and lift and/or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Proficiency in languages other than English is an asset.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including stock options, health insurance, and flexible vacation time.
