We are looking for a Strategic Business Alliance Manager who will provide resources and guidance to our partners (VARs, Distributors, SIs, ISVs, Managed Service Providers) on emerging trends in their ecosystem aligned with HPE business priorities.

The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end HPE revenue, profitability, and pipeline by implementing joint business plans and data-driven sales efforts with our partners. This role involves articulating both HPE global and local business strategies to effectively sell with, sell to, and sell through our partners, creating a scalable selling ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop basic knowledge of partner priorities, industry trends, IT landscape, IT investment strategy, HPE priorities, and HPE Technology to communicate value of portfolios and solutions
• Coordinate HPE activities with the Partner, leveraging HPE specialists when needed, including sales cadence, education, marketing, executive briefings, proactive forecasting, business planning, and client engagements
• Drive HPE marketing strategy through the customer
• Enact day-to-day HPE strategy, programs, and systems with and on behalf of the Partner to assure accelerated financial outcomes and build partner loyalty to HPE
• Tailor selling solutions to fit the needs of the partner's customer profile including HPE products, services, and technology alliances to achieve assigned quota
• May recruit and develop business relationships with new partners, working to increase partner commitment to HPE

Education and Experience: University or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience. Typically 1-3+ years of selling experience. Native in Spanish and fluent in English.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
