About the Role

The Sales Manager- Mobile Assets is responsible for driving revenue growth and business expansion for Veolia WTS's mobile assets and offerings across the territory.

They will develop a deep understanding of the mobile water market, identify ideal prospects, and build a robust pipeline of qualified leads through effective prospecting strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the mobile water market, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to translate customer pain points into compelling value propositions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the mobile water market and identify ideal prospects
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through effective prospecting strategies
  • Translate key customer pain points and challenges into compelling value stories
  • Foster commercial relationships and build gravitas to be the 'go-to' person for mobile water solutions
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Advanced Sales skills
  • Solid experience in the sale of solution-based services
  • Relevant experience in Water Treatment or related activities
  • Strong customer focus, and sales mentality
