We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team at CommScope. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth in our EMEA region by developing and executing sales strategies that meet and exceed our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers

Requirements:

  • High level of English and almost native level of German
  • Knowledge of the IT sector and sales cycle
  • Understanding of CRM solutions and ability to use online tools and resources to conduct research and due diligence
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build strong business relationships
  • High energy, commitment, and dedication to exceeding company goals
