Our Customer Experience Team

We're a proactive and dynamic team that contributes ideas, makes decisions, and collaborates to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Our goal is to make each customer feel unique, special, and fully satisfied with our service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their queries are resolved.
  • Issue reminder calls and follow up on incidents to achieve maximum satisfaction.
  • Update databases, write reports, and provide insights.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of English and strong language skills in French and Dutch.
  • Ability to travel to our offices for training.
  • Availability to work weekends and rotating schedules.
  • Knowledge of document management and experience with dedicated platforms.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
