Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Experience Agent with Dutch and German language skills to join our team. As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
- Issue reminder calls and follow up on incidents to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Update databases, write reports, and provide data analysis to support business decisions.
Requirements
- Excellent command of English and strong language skills in Dutch and German.
- Ability to travel to our offices for training and meetings.
- Availability to work weekends and rotating schedules.
- Knowledge of document management and experience with dedicated document management platforms.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
