About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Car Mechanic to join our team at Iman Temporing Ett, S. L. as a Car Repair Agent level 1. This is a full-time position that requires strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Support: Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance via various communication channels.
  2. Incident Management: Analyze technical problems, identify root causes, and track incidents in our internal system.
  3. Communication and Collaboration: Maintain relationships with colleagues and customers, and contribute to the development of FAQs and knowledge databases.
  4. Work Environment: Willingness to work in the office and/or remotely, depending on business needs.
Requirements
  1. Education: Completed vocational education as a master mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, or equivalent.
  2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working in workshops with cars and/or light goods vehicles/heavy goods vehicles.
  3. Languages: Polish, Bulgarian, Czech, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Serbian, Croatian, Romanian, and English (C1 level required, B2 level for English).
Contract and Benefits
  • Contract Type: Direct permanent contract with Bosch Service Solutions (30 days of trial period).
  • Working Hours: Full-time (39 hours), 9:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00.
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday.
  • Working Model: Hybrid, following the needs of the Service.
  • Holidays: 32 paid days of Holidays per year.
