We are looking for a skilled Car Repair Agent to join our team at Iman Temporing Ett, S. L. in Madrid.


Your responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to customers via various communication channels.
  • Analyze technical problems with cars and/or light/heavy goods vehicles and provide solutions.
  • Follow established work instructions and escalation processes.
  • Track incidents in our internal system and maintain communication with colleagues and customers.
  • Contribute to the development of FAQs and knowledge databases.

Your profile:

Education:
  • Completed vocational education as a master mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, or equivalent.

Experience and know-how:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in workshops with cars and/or LGV/HGV.

Languages:
  • Italian/Bulgarian/Polish or Greek (C1 level) and English (B2 level) required.

Contract:
  • Direct permanent contract with Bosch Service Solutions (30 days of trial period).

Working hours:
  • Full-time (39h) 9:00-18:00 to 10:00-19:00.

Working Days:
  • Monday - Friday.

Holidays:
  • 32 paid days of Holidays per natural year.

Requirements:
  • A team player with a service-focused mindset.
  • Methodical troubleshooting skills required.
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems an advantage.
  • Professional experience in a customer-facing position an advantage.

Soft skills required:
  • Customer orientation, professional communication, and ability to work well in difficult situations.
