Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients from across the globe, ensuring a positive experience and resolving any queries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with medical consultants to handle medical issues and provide support to customers.
- Translate documents and communicate with customers in their preferred language.
- Document all interactions concisely and completely, following internal procedures and guidelines.
- Identify and resolve customer complaints, analyzing root causes and forwarding them to the correct department for improvement.
Requirements
- Advance or bilingual knowledge of English (C1/C2 level) is a must.
- Advance knowledge of one or more of the following languages: Italian, German, Dutch, or French (C1 level).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
- Ability to commit to a 39-hour workweek.
