About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer service representative to join our team at The Cigna Group. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients from around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and issues
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Advanced or bilingual knowledge of English (C1/C2 level)
  • Advanced knowledge of one or more of the following languages: Italian, German, Dutch, or French (C1 level)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices a plus
