Job SummaryDKR is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative with fluent Swedish language skills to join our team in Barcelona. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling incoming inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat
- Handle incoming inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Record call details in the call management system
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services and products
- Escalate potential service issues to senior team members
- Adhere to project processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with contractual SLA
- Provide coverage for other agents in their absence
- Collaborate with the team on specific projects
- Fulfill administrative responsibilities
- Participate in regular team meetings
- Native or fluent in Swedish both verbal and written
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Familiarity with or experience driving electric vehicles
- Competency in IT platforms, equipment, and applications
- Strong aptitude for working in a customer service environment
- Excellent customer care skills
- Capable of taking ownership of calls and progressing them to resolution or escalating them when needed
- Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance
- Higher salary from the 7th month
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 05 PM
