Front Desk Agent

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This includes assisting with check-in and check-out, handling guest requests, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities- Process guest arrivals and departures, including checking in and out, and handling any issues that may arise.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with room assignments, key distribution, and other front desk duties as needed.
- Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service.
- Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
