Join Our Team as a Front Office Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office Agent to join our team at Meliá Hotels International. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
  • Provide personalized assistance to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a high level of service and quality standards are maintained.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level) and a second language (intermediate level).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and software.
