We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Paradisus Gran Canaria. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming guests with a warm smile and providing a personalized experience
  • Efficiently managing check-in and check-out processes, including room assignments and guest requests
  • Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with the concierge team to meet guest needs and preferences
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of guest interactions and transactions
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level) and intermediate level in a third language
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and courtesy
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and front office software
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
