About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our Account Health team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving complex issues for our Selling Partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Selling Partners via phone and email to resolve product and account-related issues.
  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Investigate root causes of Account Health-related issues and provide viable solutions to Selling Partners.
  • Identify and clarify Seller needs, researching every issue and providing solutions.
  • Exemplify Amazon's Leadership Principles, consistently displaying a genuine empathy and passion for our customers.
  • Build sustainable relationships with Selling Partners, going the extra mile to ensure exceptional customer care.
  • Document all Seller interactions and information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Language - Proficiency in 3 languages: (C1 level) of English & Swedish & any other language supported by AHS.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate competency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, inspiring confidence while leading customers through the various steps to resolve issues.
  • Prior Contact Center experience and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
