Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and administrative support, with a focus on sales support and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
2. Support the sales team in achieving their objectives, including preparing and sending technical documentation to customers.
3. Track and follow up on offers and opportunities in the system, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
4. Place commercial orders in the system and follow up on orders in connection with other departments, including purchasing, quality, operations, and logistics.
5. Manage samples and follow up on customer complaints in connection with the quality department.
6. Support area managers when they are traveling, visiting customers, or participating in exhibitions.
7. Assist the sales team in prospecting new potential customers and supporting them in their sales efforts.
8. Monitor the accounts assigned to each area manager, including sales evolution, products purchased, and prices.
9. Conduct weekly follow-ups on invoiced orders, pending orders, and draft orders.
Requirements:
1. At least 2 years of previous experience in similar roles.
2. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
3. Proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
4. Other languages are valuable but not required.
