Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for a talented individual to join our Merchant Acquisition and Incubation (MAI) team as a Merchant Growth Specialist.

As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving the growth of TikTok Shop's merchant ecosystem. You'll be responsible for identifying and onboarding potential partners, introducing them to our innovative content-driven e-commerce model, and guiding them through the setup process to launch their businesses on the platform.

But that's not all. You'll also be working closely with our incubation team to nurture these merchants, offering comprehensive operational support and strategic guidance. Through online and offline training, customized strategies, and incentive programs, you'll help merchants optimize their performance, increase GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), and achieve long-term business success.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage merchant leads, expand different lead channels, and improve lead conversion rate.
  • Explore high-potential merchants and carry out subsequent operation and incubation.
  • Daily merchant management and incubation, including helping merchants solve daily business problems, formulating customized business plans and strategies, and analyzing business data.
  • Collect feedback from merchants, sort out pain points, and collaborate with cross-teams to solve problems efficiently.
  • Conduct merchant case studies and market research, provide analytical insights, and help the team optimize strategies.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above, graduating in August/September 2025 or anytime Available full-time from June 2025 for 3 months.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and coordination, with a good understanding of project management.
  • Proficiency in English for smooth collaboration.
