About the RoleThis is a hybrid role contributing to the Motion Service division in the North of Spain. As a Motors Service Sales Engineer, your primary goal will be to drive sales volumes and margins across the service portfolio with a strong emphasis on digital solutions. You will:
- Implement the service sales strategy in the North Area of Spain.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Focusing on driving sales of digital solutions and promoting upgrade, retrofit, and value-added services.
- Prepare sales plans, review them, and propose recovery plans when needed.
- Generate service sales leads and develop new market opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the service portfolio.
- Contribute to risk assessments related to project/service particularities.
- Register required information into the customer database.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- An Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical or Higher Degree.
- Proven experience in service sales, preferably within the motors and generators business.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Spanish (native) and intermediate English skills.
