Job Title: Head of Customer Service EMEAC

**About the Role**


Galderma is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Leader to lead and manage the customer service operations in the EMEAC region. As a key member of the Galderma team, you will be responsible for ensuring premium service delivery and customer satisfaction within the EMEAC Northern and Southern clusters.


**Key Responsibilities**


  1. Develop and implement customer service strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives by identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization and implementing best practices.
  2. Lead the customer service team and provide strategic directions to achieve targets and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies.
  3. Responsible for recruitment, training, and managing a high-performing customer services team.
  4. Monitor performance against targets and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  6. Leverage technology and tools to streamline customer service processes, enhance communication channels, and improve customer experience.

**Requirements**


  1. Master's degree in a related field or MBA is preferred.
  2. Proven experience in a similar customer service role leading teams and influencing strategic directions at Global and Regional level.
  3. Developed short to long-term (1-5 years) operational plans for optimizing the organization or function and executed strategies.
  4. Business partnering, stakeholder management, and hands-on to get into the details if needed.
  5. Budget accountability.
  6. Strong team player with effective communication and people management skills.
  7. Fluency in English, other European languages are a plus.
