Head of Customer Service EMEAC

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our customer service operations in the EMEAC region. As Head of Customer Service EMEAC, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer service strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Customer Service Strategies: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, and implement best practices to enhance customer experience.
- Lead the Customer Service Team: Provide strategic direction to achieve targets and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies.
- Recruitment, Training, and Management: Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing customer services team.
- Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor performance against targets and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
- Client and Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Process Optimization and Technology: Leverage technology and tools to streamline customer service processes, enhance communication channels, and improve customer experience.
- Master's Degree or MBA: A master's degree in a related field or an MBA is preferred.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in a similar customer service role leading teams and influencing strategic directions at a global and regional level.
- Operational Planning and Execution: Developed short to long-term operational plans for optimizing the organization or function and executed strategies.
- Business Partnering and Stakeholder Management: Business partnering, stakeholder management, and hands-on approach to get into the details if needed.
- Budget Accountability: Budget accountability.
- Communication and People Management Skills: Strong team player with effective communication and people management skills.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, other European languages are a plus.
