Job DescriptionAs the Commercial Strategy Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our business by shaping and implementing strategies that align with our growth objectives. Your innovative perspective, data-driven insights, and bold approach to problem-solving will enhance our competitive edge and open new market opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:- Contribute to the long-term vision for sales and commercial operations by identifying growth opportunities and risks.
- Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals and implement innovative, customer-focused initiatives.
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on commercial strategy, commercial project management, sales operations in a fast-paced environment or consultancy firm.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
- Bold decision-maker with the ability to execute independently while fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
We offer an attractive compensation package reflecting your expertise and experience, including a salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, restaurant pass, private health insurance, languages classes, and a healthy work environment.
