Customer Experience Specialist

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media
* Assisting customers with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues
* Adapting our brand's voice and tone to ensure consistency across all interactions
* Providing product information to customers, including subscription, payment, and technical requirements
* Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through friendly and responsive communication
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Dutch native (or Flemish) and English fluency
* Strong listening skills and ability to handle conflicts in a constructive manner
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
* No prior experience is necessary, but a strong desire to learn and grow is essential
