About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales professional to lead our Mid-Market growth efforts in EMEA APAC. As a key member of our Sales Leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and developing strategic plans to capture new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the Mid-Market segment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product, to build demand and drive sales activity
  • Coach and develop sales teams to improve sales skills and techniques
  • Provide expert-level product knowledge to support customer questions and overcome objections
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
  • Experience in coaching value selling and sales methodology training
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive consistent success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
