We are seeking a seasoned Sales professional to lead our Mid-Market growth efforts in EMEA APAC. As a key member of our Sales Leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and developing strategic plans to capture new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the Mid-Market segment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product, to build demand and drive sales activity
- Coach and develop sales teams to improve sales skills and techniques
- Provide expert-level product knowledge to support customer questions and overcome objections
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to inform business decisions
- Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Experience in coaching value selling and sales methodology training
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive consistent success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
