Job Title: Sales Manager - Mid Market

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our Elite Business Unit in EMEA and Latam markets. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer success in the mid-market segment of the sports industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious revenue targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow online and remote sales
  • Review KPIs, pacing, and overall performance of the team
  • Provide actionable feedback and coaching to team members
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve lead generation
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of transactional sales management experience in multiple countries
  • Previous Manager-level experience and management of medium teams (10+ people) and ARR targets over $4M
  • Fluency in at least 2 European languages and in English
  • Travel up to 20% of the time
