Job Title: Head of Sales for Southern Europe

TransferRoom is a leading B2B SaaS marketplace revolutionizing the football transfer market. As the Head of Sales for Southern Europe, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through new business acquisition and customer expansion within the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Southern European market to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead the sales team in prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive upselling and increase revenue from existing clients.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance TransferRoom's presence and reputation in the Southern European market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts in the Southern European market.
Requirements:
  • Previous B2B SaaS experience in sales management roles covering new business development and customer expansion in the Southern European market.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets including upsell revenue.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the Southern European region to meet with key customers.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven.
