Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Southern European market to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead the sales team in prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive upselling and increase revenue from existing clients.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance TransferRoom's presence and reputation in the Southern European market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts in the Southern European market.
- Previous B2B SaaS experience in sales management roles covering new business development and customer expansion in the Southern European market.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets including upsell revenue.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Southern European region to meet with key customers.
- Highly motivated and results-driven.
