About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Sales Wholesale North of Europe to join our team at Page Executive. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans tailored to the Northern Europe market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the wholesale sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key strategic partners
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and market insights to the C-Suite
  • Ensure the sales team have the necessary resources to perform effectively
  • Identify new business opportunities to ensure growth and expansion
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior sales role within the retail industry
  • A strong network of contacts within the Northern Europe market
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate a team
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • A strategic mindset with strong business acumen
  • Proficiency in multiple languages would be beneficial
