About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate. As a key member of our Client Solutions team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Collaborate with client-facing team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Network Development: Identify and recruit new experts to join our network, leveraging your strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project Coordination: Schedule and confirm critical calls and meetings between clients and network members, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including lead generation and outreach efforts.
  • Compliance and Quality: Uphold our compliance policies and procedures to protect the integrity of client engagements.

  • Lead Generation and Outreach: Develop strong skills in lead generation, outreach, screening, and pitching to recruit new experts.

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Confident and strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal skills, and motivation to work on the phone daily with network members and potential recruits.
  • Collaborative Environment: Desire to work in a collaborative, team environment that is fast-paced and strives to provide an excellent experience for experts and clients.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work responsibly and manage multiple, simultaneous tasks and prioritize effectively, given priorities shift quickly at GLG.
  • Commercial Acumen: High motivation to exceed personal weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial targets.
  • Adaptability: Eagerness to learn about new topics, industries, and companies.
