Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our vibrant Spanish team and lead our sales efforts in the clinics healthcare market. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust sales strategy that drives growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 20 sales professionals and 3 team leaders, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that scales our presence in the clinics healthcare market, managing the entire sales cycle from pipeline management to deal closure.
  • Lead by example, leveraging your experience in high-growth SaaS or marketplace environments to recruit top-tier talent, maintain precise CRM practices, and foster a high-achievement culture.
  • Establish and execute a unified GTM approach for the clinics sector, pushing our business to new levels of success.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales leadership in high-growth SaaS/Marketplace with SMB market focus.
  • Proven experience to successfully scale a sales team in numbers and performance.
  • Competence in using OKRs to drive focus on results for both individual and team objectives.
  • Established background in engaging directly in hiring processes as a key decision-maker and effectively managing onboarding and terminations.
