Sales Excellence Manager

EssilorLuxottica Group is seeking a highly skilled Sales Excellence Manager to join our Wholesale team. As a Sales Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales methodologies for lenses and frames.
- Define commercial policies and monitor promotions and campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing, trade marketing, and the central channel to plan and execute customer events.
- Analyze the effectiveness of promotions and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Business Analysis team to monitor and pay for promotions.
- Support the Performance Follow-up process.
- Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Consumer Goods, Grocery, or Pharmaceutical sectors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Opportunity to work in our Barcelona or Madrid offices.
