Drive Sales Growth in Europe

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Europe Market Manager to join our international sales team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth of our Laboratory instrumentation portfolio in the assigned European markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement specific growth plans to boost sales and market share growth through established partners (distributors) in the life sciences sector.
  • Evaluate and support partners in key projects, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to succeed.
  • Implement Mettler Toledo's Marketing/Commercial strategy through the commercial teams of partners/distributors, promoting value selling and commercial programs.
  • Manage the Key Accounts of the assigned countries, working closely with our global KA teams to ensure seamless account management.
  • Support partners in launching local marketing campaigns and ensure their sales teams stay up-to-date with our solutions.
  • Collaborate with billing and collection departments as needed.
Requirements:
  • University training in Chemistry, Biochemistry, and/or Pharmacy is essential.
  • Solid knowledge of the laboratory environment and associated instrumentation.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales in international markets, ideally in Europe.
  • Experience in managing distributors/partners, 3rd parties, and/or international commercial teams.
  • Excellent communication, commercial, and team management skills, with a high level of English and other languages a plus.
  • High availability for travel in Europe.
