We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Training Manager to join our Product Inspection Division at Mettler Toledo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive training strategy to enhance the skills and knowledge of our global workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a global training strategy that aligns with the division's goals and objectives.
- Design and deliver training programs for service and sales teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training content is aligned with business needs.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Science, or Business Administration.
- Working Experience: Several years of experience in a similar training/project management/service/sales role in a matrix-structured organization.
- IT Skills: Fluent in Microsoft Office; Affinity for learning content software, camera, and camera equipment.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English. Other language skills e.g., Spanish are highly valued.
- Place of Residence: Barcelona (Spain)
