International Sales Europe- Laboratory Instrumentation Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Europe Market Manager for Laboratory Instrumentation Solutions to join our team at Mettler Toledo. As a key member of our international sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth of our laboratory instrumentation portfolio in the assigned European markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement specific growth plans according to the potential detected in the different markets/countries, supporting partners in key projects.
- Implement Mettler Toledo's Marketing/Commercial strategy through the commercial teams of partners/distributors, encouraging them to develop a commercial approach to value selling, implementing specific commercial programs: seminars, customer trainings, etc.
- Support partners in launching local marketing campaigns.
- Manage the Key Accounts of the assigned countries, in coordination with our global KA teams, ensuring that the key accounts in the countries assigned to you, are properly managed.
- Ensure that our partners' sales teams keep their knowledge of our solutions up to date, proposing and managing training/activities.
- Support, if necessary, the departments involved in billing and collection.
- University training in Chemistry, Biochemistry and/or Pharmacy is essential.
- Solid knowledge of the laboratory environment and associated instrumentation.
- Essential- At least 3 years of experience in sales in international markets, ideally in Europe.
- Experience in managing distributors/partners, 3rd parties and/or international commercial teams.
- Communicative, commercial and team management skills, proactivity and involvement/commitment to creating strong long-term relationships with our partners.
- Very high level of English. Other highly rated languages: French, Spanish, Arabic, German, other.
- High availability for travel in Europe.
- Located in Barcelona (Spain).
- Permanent Contract and competitive target salary (Fixed + Bonus).
- 27 vacation working days.
- Flexibility and allow to finish early every Friday and all the Summer (8h-15h).
