International Back Office Support Specialist

At Mettler Toledo, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our sales international team as an International Back Office- Partners Support specialist. This role will be based in Barcelona, Spain, and will be responsible for providing proactive support to our global partners, sales team, and internal service providers.
Main Responsibilities:- Generate quotes, manage general sales administration, and file documents related to channel partners and customers globally.
- Manage incoming calls and emails from partners and customers, coordinating technical support and administrative procedures.
- Prepare and create quotes for assigned partners, including approval workflows, follow-up, and closing.
- Ensure the validity of contracts and legal documents required by our partners.
- Maintain updated CRM/ERP data.
- Support sales teams and business in organizing trainings and events.
- Collaborate with global supply chain teams in daily operations and housekeeping tasks.
- Education related to international trade (university business degree or undergraduate/middle academic background).
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales administration role supporting international distributors/dealers/partners.
- IT skills, fluent in Microsoft Office.
- Service-oriented mindset, proactivity, and commitment to finding solutions for partners.
- Fluent in Spanish and English. Other language skills are highly valued (French, Italian, others).
- Located in Barcelona.
- Permanent contract and competitive target salary (fixed + bonus).
