Key Responsibilities- Manage and resolve customer and business partner inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Support the back office team in achieving their goals and objectives
- Be the primary point of contact for business partners and internal customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by working proactively and maintaining a high level of quality
- Native or full professional level of German
- Professional level of English
- Prior experience in Customer Service/Technical Support or Back Office
- A basic understanding of financial accounting principles and concepts
- Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Full-time position Monday - Friday
- Flexible working hours and hybrid working model (1 day in the office)
