About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Back Office Administrative Specialist to support our DACH market from our office in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing incidents and incoming inquiries from customers and business partners, providing a professional service by working proactively, and maintaining a high level of quality at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve customer and business partner inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Support the back office team in achieving their goals and objectives
  • Be the primary point of contact for business partners and internal customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service by working proactively and maintaining a high level of quality
Requirements
  • Native or full professional level of German
  • Professional level of English
  • Prior experience in Customer Service/Technical Support or Back Office
  • A basic understanding of financial accounting principles and concepts
  • Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
