Job Title: Administrative Procurement Coordinator w/ German and English

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Procurement Coordinator with proficiency in German and English to join our team at Babel Profiles. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for placing orders, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring seamless procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Place orders in SAP and follow up with vendors to ensure timely confirmation
  • Work with regional buyers to maintain purchasing contracts and resolve any discrepancies
  • Manage invoice discrepancies through VIM and develop expertise within the team
  • Assist in covering or supporting other countries as a backup for your colleague
Requirements:
  • Experience in an office environment with knowledge of finance and supply chain
  • Good knowledge of Excel and proficiency in SAP is a plus
  • Pro-active and hands-on attitude, with excellent communication skills
  • A team player with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
